Returns & Exchanges
We accept return/replacement requests only if:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- You provide photo/video proof of the issue.

- “Change of mind” returns
Refund Processing
After your request is approved:
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect.
Replacement
If approved, we will ship a new item free of charge.
