Returns & Exchanges

We accept return/replacement requests only if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You provide photo/video proof of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without original condition
  • “Change of mind” returns

Refund Processing

After your request is approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect.

Replacement

If approved, we will ship a new item free of charge.
